As Company Owner I want to share with you my deep love for our home and I hope that is common ground that we share.  I love this beautiful and diverse world we live in, and the glory of the gift of Earth. I have been a child of nature and spirit filled since inception. As such we feel a deep responsibility to be a good steward of this planet, our home. To rise to this great calling, and give back to our great home and communities. I add to my purposeful life, the activist task of Climate Reality Leader with the Global Climate Reality Project and The Climate Reality Leadership Core. The Climate Reality Leadership Corps is a global network of activists committed to spreading awareness of the climate crisis and working for solutions to the greatest challenge of our time. Our Company Values are both personal and in alignment with our companies nature.

Career, Personal & Leadership Coaching 

Our education, training and facilitating are content based, providing didactic knowledge principles and practical application, skills presentation and evaluation. These methods provide a great base and foundation for one to work from in their further growth and development but lack in their ability to challenge growth and development to the extent that mentoring and coaching do. They basically present an awareness of a perspective, factual evidence, proven methods or techniques. These methods present content and information as a base foundation but are not the best for developing personal skill and confidence in application and capability.

Our Coaching Programs deal with your own consciousness and are able to flex and go to where ever you are currently at in the pursuit of taking you to where you intend to go and grow. Our Coaching Processes are designed to help an individual or group in the pursuit of moving toward the success they intend for their lives and organizations. Coaching is a pro-active process that is engaged in with the utmost respectful coach and client relationship and confidentiality, aside from any gross infringements of the law. Coaching seeks to engage the client in reaching deep into their own selves and/or groups to bring forth the answers and solutions thereby growing the person and/or groups confidence, resourcefulness and inner ability to resolve whatever issues they may face. Coaching is best performed in conjunction with other methods of raising consciousness awareness such as education, training, facilitating and mentoring where appropriate. We can provide leadership, personal growth, career and life skills coaching.

Mentorship

Our Mentorship Programs utilize shared experiences and lessons learned to help others follow proven methods an to avoid pitfalls and mistakes based on others experiences. Mentoring offers perspectives of awareness of what has worked or not worked in the past. Mentoring has the ability to lesson the time necessary for learning and performance but does not consider the current circumstances and situations and allow for the ability of one to grow in the faith in their own capabilities. This is best achieved through "coaching".  Mentoring is best utilized in conjunction with a strong foundation of knowledge, education, and training, along with coaching.
